Basic function: To enhance the new business from market. Manage the Client Requirement/Solutions and deliver timely solution by enhancing the customer relationships.
Job Description:
1. Interact with customer for their needs/requirement/solution for development of new business from market.
2. Address the customer requirements as per signed contract and deliver it as per urgency and
requirement.
3. Create, build and maintain warm & strong client relationships by calling and meeting them.
4. Gathering and updating client information on online Customer Relationship Management
software.
5. To comply with the performance schedule, required or proposed delivery, taking into
consideration all existing commercial business commitments
6. To comply with the integrity and business ethics including satisfactory compliance of
employment, antitrust, and consumer protection.
7. Ensuring prompt, accurate processing of all aspects of indent and stock orders, including
order entry, confirmation, shipping advise, customs clearance, invoicing, forward exchange
contracts, packing slips and estimating costs
8. Responsible for the quality solutions by giving the complete product/service information to
the customer in a professional manner.
9. Maintaining of professional relationship with all customers
10. Meeting the deadlines and assigned sales targets.
